and stop eating candy.

Also if you get pregnant again make sure you take calcium. If the pregnancy did it, it means the baby had to leech calcium from where ever it could get it.. So i assume there might be some bone damage done too.

I made a appointment an it also hurt when to much air hit it. I wish i wouldve took care of my teeth when i was pregnant. I also use to eat ice cream alot when i was pregnant.
