I use one of those mesh "fresh food feeders" except i fill it with frozen fruit. My Jack loves the mango, and it helps with the inflamation.

of course the teething rings & all in the freezer but what we've heard to help get the teeth to finally pop through is to let him chew on something hard, some of the teething rings have hard spots on them...Good luck and know that you aren't alone, we are going through the same thing

try a cold wash cloth and my mom showed me how to freeze nipples upside down with water and then attach the bottle part with nothing in it and let them go to town

i found wash clothes slight frozen to chew on. the Teething rings works some. But what I found worked best for my 2nd kid was a pickle. At first the the taste gave her the funniest face, but it is natural. A little salty but I think that is why she liked. it. It did make her smell like pickles, but it helped. Also try tylenol.
Good Luck

My Son is now 7 months but has been on and off teething since 3 months and it is hard but Infant panadol is very safe and well help with their discomfort i also do the flannel in the frezzer its fantastic and works just as well as the expensive teethers out there, anything rubbery is good to chew on just make sure there's nothing that can break off.
Have fun
dont stress too much

Ok she is teething 3 months is a bit early but it really depends on the baby my daughter was late getting teeth but my cousin's son who is three months younger then my daughter had four teeth by the time my daughter even started getting teeth, some babies are even born with teeth!
Anyway are you sure that she is crying because of teething, and not gas or colic or something else? I have never heard of bonjella.... but there are all kinds of teething things the teething rings that you freeze and let them chew on because it's like putting ice on their teeth, or they have baby orajel or make sure you wash your hands really well and trim your nails and let her chew on your finger! Sometimes moms finger is the best thing!
