Tylenol or Motrin (longer lasting) before he goes to bed, works everytime.

I have used Homeopathy with great sucess! Here are the ABC's of Childrens remedies...very abbreviated. Homeopathy is safe with no side effects and effective.

Arnica is great for all around bruises, sorness and pains.

Aconite is when they bite, scratch, scream with fear.

Belladona is when they are hot, red flushed face.

Chamomile for when they only want to be carried and fused on.

Give a dose and wait 10 minutes, if it doesn't help try another remedy until you get it. A correctely selected remedy will give awesome results.

Try Camilia! It is homeopathic. Stay away from the gels all they do is numb the gums for a short period of time. I am a dental assistant. You can also try rubbing your fingers throughout the day along her gums that will help with the swelling and assist the teeth/tooth to break through. Once that happens and your daughter will feel some relief.

I am going through the same thing, If he is managing the pain I usually put on some music for him and a night light. But if in pain I give him Nurofen....it works well for me. Sometimes I give him a comfort feed too. I hope that helps :)

Sometimes it takes a dose every 15 mins for a hour before you get some results. And then just repeat if they wake up again during the nite.. This is usually a sign that it has worn off

Chamomilla is a great teething remedy for grumpy babies that are waking during the night.
Its a homeopathic remedy use it in 30c you might want to crush the pills between two spoons then give it or use the liquid.
This has been a life saver for us. Also teething salts (from health shop) help teeth come through quicker as they have all the minerals they need. My daughter is 15 months and has all teeth. Last two molars have just come through.

I gave my little girl Motrin about 1 hour before bed. She also loved for me to massage her gums with a cool wash cloth.

Homeopathic teething tablets are a God sent! And when it's real bad, I give her motrin for babies (at night only). During the day she chews on cold big carrots, wet wash cloths and those iced chew toys. It seems to work out great!

My son is 2 now. I started giving him homeopathic teething tablets that relaxed him enough to fall asleep. He has a double ear infection right now and I still use the teething tablets to help him sleep. The instructions say to dissolve in mouth but he chews them and it's all good! Good luck!
