Temper out of control! 20 month old

My daughter is 20 months and she has a very unbearable temper. she will kick, cry, scream, throw her self down, knock her head against walls, the crib anything she is closest to. She will bite her self, hit me, make herself throw up by getting her self so upset if she doesn't get her way, she tackles her brother, slaps him and other adults. I have no idea how to control this and now that she's walking it's worse, but what scares me is that when she gets angry she hurts herself, with bruises and marks all over her. I need to stop it before it gets way out of control. My fear is she's gonna seriously hurt herself one day or get a bruise and I'll get the blame for it. I've gotten looks at me once before for her having a bruise on her face. I am desperate to do something to help her I have two other children and love them so much. If anything ever happenend I'd lose my mind can anyone please give me advice on how to control her tantrums.

I've told the doctor about it and she said it was normal, it's just terrible twos but I have never seen a child with this bad of a temper and it starts almost every time she doesn't get her way. Theres a service called early intervention that my son is affiliated with so I'm going to try and see if I can get her in it too, it might help but it's not going to stop the tantrums.

have you seen a doctor? might need to be medically controlled.My fiance had simular isses as a kid and was put on Ridillon.until he was in junior high.
