Well, it is not your daughter she feels threatened by, it is you. If you are having that many issues with payment and visits, I would not hesitate to bring it to the courts. That way they you can minimize your contact with him, and deal straight through the lawyer or mediator.

I know i hate her because of what she has done to me and my daughter but i really do you feel he cant take care of our daughter. Hes never taken our daughter or paid for her. Hes more of a dead beat kind of father. She just doesnt help the situation seeing that shes now saying if and when he see my daughter she has to be there. We live in two different cites and i drive her to see her dad and his family every other weekend. I dont leave her alone with him cuz he doesnt know what to do with her.

He says he wants to see his daughter but she just keeps getting in the middle of his visits. Its just very sad that she feels threat by a lil girl.

I just dont know how to keep communication open with him and I regarding our daughter and to keep my feeling and thoughts out of it

BTW, SHE doesn't have ANY rights. HE does, and by default if they are living together, she is exposed to your daughter. BUT she has NO legal rights to your child.

I am sure that is part of your frusteration, that THIS is the women he cheated with. I hate to say it, but if they are living together, there is no way for you to control her being around your daughter. Do you feel she or your ex is a threat to your daughter? I mean a real threat. If so , you may be able to sit down with your lawyer and figure out new custody agreements.

Honestly, her personal situation of having multiple dads for her children has nothing to do with anything. I understand you are just giving background information, but that does not make any difference in custody agreements.

Morning Chaya,

I just wish she could grow up and be an adult. I mean she is a women, a mom i just don't get how she doesn't get my concerns. I guess i should have known what i was going to be dealing with since he cheated on me with her and when she found out she was still ok with it. Its just very frustrating .

Tell her to stay away, she has no rights to your child no matter what.get a restraining order if necessary, offer no apologies to dad, he made his bed, he can lie in it

Unfortunately not much you can do if she is there when your ex has your daughter he has a right to see whomever he pleases and can introduce her to your little girl, just as you can do the same when she is with you.
