i think on your profile were it show circle of mom tab...in the right corner you can edit or delete it. should be a little check mark or or something..

Usually you can go to the page where yoou can browse conversations and there is a place to click on the left had side under helpful links, I belive it says leave group. BUT there is a main group that doesn't have this option and you just have to leave it there. I kinda notice that there are people in groups that don't conversate or participate. So if you can't leave the group I sy just ignore it.
