Some hospitals will offer help and have people who are certified or they may be able to lead you to someone else.

Well, maybe it's in the State of Ohio only then. That sucks.

Nope, they said it's a liability.

Wow, yes they are supposed to install it and show you how to install it. They should be reported.

@ Dana, my fire department will only 'look' and tell me if the seats are in correctly. They won't install at all. Which was no darn help whatsoever. Maybe it's different in each state?

I have a four door dodge Avenger and I fir three safely. It was a tad packed but they all had enough room. You are going to have to actually do it to see.

I have an Chevy Equinox and I cannot fit 3 seats in the back, Two car seats take up a great deal of room

Jennifer, are you in the US? If you are, you can take your car and seats to any fire dept., they'll fit everything in correctly if it is possible.

It's hard to say - try it and see. We had to upgrade to a minivan from a Jeep Cherokee when our third was born because we couldn't get the carseats in safely. We found that having a third row of seats cut down on fighting in close quarters anyway....

my SIL has twins and a five y/o and she fits 2 infant carriers and a booster in the back of an older camry. i think as long as the seats fit without interference and are secured tightly they should be fine. i think you can get the seats checked for correct installation at the police station or fire dept so you might be able to ask someone there to be sure!
