Two days late and neg pregnancy test, can someone help me?

Hi there :) I am 29 and a mother of a beautiful 2yr old boy. I was two days late and had three negative hpt's, On Saturday night I started spotting and it eventually went from pinkish-brown to bright red, then by Sunday morning it was heavy and I had a lot of silver like tissue. Now its not as heavy and this isn't what my period is normally like, I am in more pain than usual and I am really miserable. I am calling the doctor in the morning, but I wanted to see if any other mom's here have had this problem and maybe could give me some advice and support.

Thanks Celia! went to the Doctors today and they said it was my period, but they ordered some tests and did some blood work since it seems that I am having a hard time conceiving. Thank you for the advice :)

Take a blood test to be sure and maybe since your stressing about it your period continues to be late. Good luck!
