My son is 4 months and i did not circumcise him,my sister told me to start pulling his skin back after every shower until i can see the full tip,is this true because the doctor havent mention anything about his penis just yet

Speak to your son's primary doctor and He will examine and let you know when it is ready to be pulled back and cleaned! FYI: If not cleaned properly this can lead to numerous infections!
The link I posted about foreskin care was from the American Academy of Pediatrics. If my son's doctor gave me advice contrary to the AAP, I'd question it strongly. As for foreskin care, the only thing that is necessary is for the boy to pull back the foreskin to rinse the head of the penis in the bath once it is retractable - likely around age 3, but possibly not until pubery. If my son's foreskin was retractable already, I'd surely know since it is his favotie bath toy. Until it is, wiping off the surface is all that needs to be done. Pulling it back prematurely can cause tears in the skin, possibly leading to scarring and infection.

Sorry but that is dangerous advice to give retracting a foreskin before itsready to retract on its own can cause severe permenant damage.
The intact or uncircumcised penis requires little specific care. Normal external cleaning at diaper changes and external washing with soap and water during bathtime are all that is necessary.
It is important that you do not try to retract the foreskin or try to clean underneath it with Q-tips. This can cause pain, bleeding or permanent damage to the penis. There is no need for any special ointments or creams, either. Normal soap and water work just fine.

DO NOT RETRACT THE FORESKIN , you will tear the foreskin if you do .
