Hi my name is Gail and I am a 43 yr old single parent, I am an intercessor for my church and I just had to respond to your cry for your friend. Please let her know that I am praying for her and that if she has a relationship with Christ that her FAITH will see her through this although it is hard I know that God is watching over her even now. Be encouraged and whatever you do please be there for your friend this is a road that she needs a real shoulder to cry, be mad, curse at whatever she needs to do to get through this please be there for her. My continous prayers go out for Marci, I will check back tomorrow God bless

what can anyone say! what an aweful thing to have happened! how anyone can kill there children is beyond me, but her mother aswell, what a wicked and horrible thing to do i dont think i would be able to get through if that happened to me, all i do is pray for her and the family and hope that one day she will be able to get through this hard situation god bless her and you too as her dearest friend you will need alot of support to help get her through this terrible time!

I had tears streaming down my face reading her story, I could not imagine the pain she must be going through right now, that is my worst nightmare. There is a support group available to her the story was on oprah it was started after a womens ex killed her children when she went out for a run, maybe this could help, my prayers are with her and you for being a friend, if you also have children it may be hard for her to be around them the only advice i can give you is to listen and stay close to her sending all my love and light to you Marci you are an angel xx

I'm beyond heartbroken and sickened to hear this...I've lit three long burning candles, one for each of them. You are a great friend, just continue to be "there" for whatever Marci needs for each of those awful stages of grief; she will need you, since you know her so well. I truly hate to say this, but I hope that man gets the death sentence, and quickly...no lounging in prison for years--cut him off now. Good Luck in whatever trial there might be.......although I've heard that people who do that kind of crime come to mysterious ends while awaiting trial...

I'm sitting hear with tears in my eyes as I read your reqeust. you are all in my prayers and I will pass it on to my bible studt group too.

All I can say is to read Job. God allowed the devil to take everthing from him and because he stayed srong in his believe he got back more then what he lost.

Is she a christian? When I was going through my ordeal..not near of what she is going through, I made a mistake of letting go of God. I wouldn't have gone through it and made the mistakes I made through out my healing time. It took a long time. I was angry at God and pushed Him away because I felt alone and targeted by everyone it seems. Early on, I forgave the person who did this to me and my family, but I wasn't at peace till I forgave myself for pushing Him away. I wish I had someone to tell me that God would be my rock and not to let go.

Marci is being prayed for right this minute. I have lost a child also, but I can't imagine your pain. Rely on your friends to help you. Even though you are probably angry at God right now you have to rely on faith to get you through this long journey ahead of you.
