I am asking for prayers or positive thoughts (or whatever you believe in) to go out to my best friend, Marci. Her ex-husband just killed her two kids (Macy 5, James 3) and her mother this morning. She is without two children, the only children she had, and also her mother. I don't know how she will get through this but I would appreciate it very much if anyone would be willing to pray for her. To true, everyones grief cycle is different and everyone will be at different stages of the cycle at different times. It seems you are definitely going to be the best thing for her right now. You appear to have a very good understanding of her need to make choices for herself with you right there by her side. Grief also can change someone but remember that it is a phase and with the right support she will get thru. Remember to ask her what it is she is wanting from day to day because as that changes so too is what she needs from those around her. Stay strong, but also allow yourself to feel what you need to feel too as this may well send you through another cycle of your own grief relating to the loss of your own child and hers!!! Hang in there you are all in my thoughts! May her mother and children be at peace too.

I believe more in the power of the universe. But my deepest thoughtss to her i am having my second and i couldnt imagine what she must be going through so i ask for her saftey and well being and that she will pull through this. Her children will remain forever in everyones heart.

I'm so sorry for her loss. I just can't imagine the pain she must be feeling. I am imagining her surrounded by a warm golden light, which brings her peace and comfort. I wish her all the best.

i will put her in my prayers it is a sad thing no one should have to go though that.it will be a rough road for her, i belive in lots of prayers and love from family and very close friends that marci can talk to cause it's going to be very hard. again my prayers and love go out to her

Oh my God help that poor woman. That is horrific. Is he alive or did he cowardly kill himself too? I will include her in my prayers its suffocating the way people kill innocents.

Libby, I will be praying for strength, wisdom and guidance for all of Marci's friends through this time. You have been showing incredible godliness in this difficult time, and we must remember her for the long haul and not allow her to pass from our thoughts quickly. Marci needs the power of prayer to sustain her for an eternity, as this is a pain that will never fully go away. Her mother went to our Father with Macy and James, what is her name?
