Last night I was watching this documentary called Vegucated (really great by the way!) and it was very interesting. I have decided that I would like to test out being a vegetarian for a while for many different reasons.
1. Vegetarians have lower chance of having heart problems and diabetes (both of which run in my family).
2. Vegetarianism can help you lose weight (let's face it, I'm a big girl and it wouldn't hurt for me to loose some pounds).
3. In the documentary, these three individuals ate nothing but vegan food for six weeks. By the end of the six weeks, all three lost weight, their blood pressure lowered, and the bad cholesterol in their system lowered.
I'm not trying to recruit anybody, but I was wondering if anybody has any recipes they would be willing to share with me.
