Was your wonderful bundle of joy (that you wouldnt trade for the world) a surprise baby? Or was it a planned baby? Just wondering. {:+)

All 5 of my sons were oopsies! 2 forms of BC for all 5! Apparently God had other plans and was pretty darned adamant about it too! My doctor actually penned *jokingly* Myrtle on my file! As in fertile Myrtle! ROFL....I came in and said just call me Myrtle! lol After the 5th I told him no more...and he agreed lol....Well I did tell him that if there was another he'd get the bill for college! hehe In truth though NONE of them were planned I would Non-plan them again in a heartbeat!

Well, we weren't trying, but we weren't being very careful either. So yes, sort of an oops, but I like to call her a surprise because she's not a mistake. I wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for her. Doctors didn't believe that I was as sick as I said I was, but when I was pregnant, I got worse and they actually seemed concerned because a baby's life was at stake.

I got an awesome baby, too. She's so full of life and so pretty. Big blue eyes with long lashes, nubby button nose, pink cheeks and lots of fluffy brown hair that looks golden in the sunlight. So friendly, smart, talkative, healthy, and a good sleeper to boot!

Zoey wasn't in our plans but I am pretty sure she was meant to be!!! Now that I have her I am glad I had an oops!!!

my daughter was an oops baby but at the same time was ready for motherhood and were talking about having a child soon.. dont regret her one bit, best thing to happen to me :)

sort of both. I guess you can say more surprise though. We were togther for 7 months originally and no baby, we both wanted kids and we trying split for 7 months then within a week of being back together I was pregnant, it was a big shock, but we also knew that not using anything it was a risk but after before we assumed it wouldnt happen. Baby #2 we starting trying but not trying when the first was 5 months old and 13 months later another surprise so I guess both were a shock, but second was probably more planned as we had just had our first fertilty appointment. We are not the trying but not trying again now our oldest girl is 3 youngest is 9 months

Well, yes and no...I had debated for 6 years whether to have another baby or not, and was starting to think, its now or never. I had a terrible birth experience with my first, never really wanted to be a mum either, but had a yearning to have a daughter. So, I was surprised to find out I was pregnant, but at the same time, when we had sex the time we made her, my hubby asked if we were safe (we used the rhythm method successfully for our whole marriage), I said yes...but I knew I was pushing the limit of when I was fertile...

I guess you can say he was an oops....I was told by my doctor that I wouldn't be able to have kids because of the amount and intensity of the chemo I had....Well needless to say he was wrong!!! hahah

My son was a surprise baby, and even though he was a very big surprise i wouldn't change it 4 love nor money or the whole world 4 that matter, i would of preferred to have waited until i was finished school and went to college but since he came along im delighted it happened this way and its the best surprised iv ever had :)

Actually my youngest was a oopsy baby. I was on birth control when I got pregnant with her. I was trying to wait about 3-5 yrs between children and yea that never happened. I ended up having her 20 months after my first. I love them both and would never trade them for anything in the world. But having Teenage girls is sure a handful.

My first was planned. Took 2 years to get pregnant. And finally had a beautifulsweet boy after trying for so long. My second was an ooops, but well worth it. We weren't using any protection, and weren't preventing anything from happening other than using the pull out method (sorry if TMI) but that didn't work LOL...We were still talking about #2, I wanted a second but hubby, not so much. I must say though, it's the best ooops we've ever made and wouldn't change it for anything. She's the most happy, loving and lively child I've ever seen. She just completes our family :)

First babygirl was a complete shock.What a wonderful shock it was after the 39weeks.
Second was planned to a t..she finally came after 40weeks and 4days.She brought all the drama with her birth..but i would go through it all again in a heart beat..now shes the little drama princess of the house lol.

1&2 were oops. I was in college when I got prego with the first. I had gall stones and had to get off the pill for surgery to remove my gall bladder. I didn't know, but was already prego when I had surgery. Thank goodness he was ok. My last two were planned. I had to take ovulation tests to get pregnant.

I wouldn't say my first born was an "oops" we were not TTC but we were not using precaution either. He was still a surprise! But a pleasant one for both of us. ;)

With my second we were TTC. Although, I did get pregant sooner than we expected! Thought it would take around 6 months.... instead, we became pregnant the first month!

Both were total oops babies. First one we weren't married yet. We moved the wedding up 6 months and I was 18 weeks at our wedding. This one, I was on the pill and had only had one period (from breastfeeding) since my daughter was born. I guess I am just a "fertile Mertyl" as my dad says......

Baby number 1 at 16 was for sure an "oops" baby lol He's now 11 and the best thing that ever happened!!! Baby 2 and 3 were planned!

My second, we had made the unofficial decision to start trying but I was only off of BC for 10 days before I got preg...so she was sort of planned, we just thought it would take a couple months :P

Honestly all 3 of my boys were oops babies, they weren't planned at all, I am so happy with my boys, they are the best thing that has happene to Will and I. I can't imagine life without my sons.

Has anyone seen I didn't know I was pregnant? My favorite was the gorl who's boyfriend got deployed and he came back on leave exactly 9 monthes later. She went intoo labor. Talk about an oops because you know when the dr. said she was preggers her boyfriend had worries. and then she delivered a full term baby that was pretty cool.But that is defidently an oops baby!!!

Both my girls were oops babies. My boys were more planned but not completely. But I guess when you have husband that can look at you and your knocked up. There is bound to be an oops.. But I love them all so very very much only want to trade them in for a new version once a day. LOL

Our son was an oops baby! I flew to where my husband was stationed with the army and flew home (where I was going to college) a week later with my little companion while the hubby was deployed! Definitely not part of the plan, but by far the best thing that's ever happened to me! Saved my life :D

Our first one was an oops baby after 19 years of marriage. He asked me to come lay down I want to talk to you. My son was also a souvenir from our trip to Florida while visiting my dad and step mom. LOL {:+)

My first, boy, was an opps baby. Best thing that ever happend to me :) The second, girl, was planned. And I am currently pregnant with twins which were soo not planned. My daughter and twins, girls, will be less than 12 months apart seeing as twins usually come early and my due date is my daughters birthday lol All Blessings :)

A bit of both! We weren't trying but weren't not trying. The second I got pregnant a bit earlier than I would have liked because we decided to get married and in all the excitement I didn't think about birth control. Luckily I was only 10 weeks at our wedding and could still fit in my dress.
