When I first got pregnant with my daughter i weighed 180 lbs, in the first 3 or 4 months i lost 20 pounds and ended up at 160. I then gained all the weight back plus another 40, so at the end of my pregnancy i weighed 220 lbs. I had my daughter in July of 2008, i breastfed for a day or so, but it hurt too bad so i discontinued that. It has been 1 year and 8 months since I had my daughter and I weigh just as much as i did when i was pregnant with her. Does anyone have any reccomendations on how to lose the weight. I dont have the money to buy the healthy diet foods unfortunately
