Wetting the Bed while sleeping

I have a 5 year boy, will be 5 Dec 21st, that still wears pullups at night because he sleeps so hard he won't wake up to go to the bathroom. Any suggestions on how to stop this??

I wet the bed till I was 12 for the same reason...I would always dream i was on the toilet peeing..Got me everytime. My daughter is 3 and she still wets the bed at night. So instead of making her wear pullups (because it embarrassed her) I get up around midnight every night and wake her to go potty. Works like a charm. He will just have to outgrow it. My dad wouldn't let me have any fluids after 5pm, and spanked me every time I had an accident. This was very bad for my self esteem..This was at like 3 or 4 I was taken away late in my 4th year. My point is don't make a big deal about the accidents. I probably would not have wet the bed so long if I had not developed a complex about it..Also getting cold during the night triggered my potty dreams.
