I am sorry but I need to correct Amy for a sec.. Gluten is not wheat. It is a protein that is in wheat and several other grains. A person needs to be careful of more then just wheat.

My step son has Celiacs. He cannot have anything with gluten in it. There are long lists of foods that contain gluten but thankfully the FDA is starting to be more demanding about proper labeling of foods.

Nadine feel free to message me or add me on facebook for the lists and ideas of how to do this. It can be done I promise. :)

Also make sure you ask the pharmacist about ANY medications before giving them as many contain gluten and/or milk as a stabilizer. Also, gluten IS wheat.

My daughter is not able to have the same foods. There is a good food website (www.Cambrookefoods.com) that has this available. They also have the base starches to make your own bread without any of the ingredients you listed. It is rather expensive, but so is anything free of all that.

Also - Tinkyada pasta is a wonderful rice pasta. Spaghetti was a staple in our house when we did the diet. There are some good brownie mixes out there too - Pamela's (brand name) is really good.

There are lots of alternatives to gluten out there that can be made dairy free as well. Chia seeds mixed with almond milk, vanilla and agave makes a delicious alternate tapioca pudding. Jello. Fruits, vegetables. Any of the Freybe meat products are gluten free (sandwich meat and whatnot) and dairy free. McCains french fries. Check out some of the raw food recipes. I have a great recipe for mushroom soup that is dairy/gluten/egg free. Hemp seed is high in protein and can be added to smoothies too. Smoothies are a great thing because you can hide so much stuff in them. I have done the gluten/casein free with my daughter but not egg free. But I do have a cookbook that is a gluten/casein free book that shows which recipes are also egg free in it too. It's called The Kid Friendly ADHD and Autism Cookbook. Lisa Lewis has a lot of gluten and casein free recipes in her cookbooks as well (sorry I can't remember the titles offhand). Do searches for gluten/casein free recipes on the internet. There are some sites that would have the egg free as well. Feel free to contact me if you'd like. Take care. It gets easier with time.
