Any soft adult foods cut into bite size pieces will be fine. My daughter ate pastas a lot at that age mixed with carrots and peas and potatoes and chicken.
Fruit cups, Cheerios and Yogurt are also great! My daughter loved them and still loves them today.... She's 18 months now.

My daughter's all time fav. is the very protabe fruit cup. Throw one in the diaper bad and you'll have an instant snack. Other favs were canned cut green beans, chicken, noodles, straberries.

anything soft...my son has been on adult food since he was 9 months and he is 14 months now. they love finger foods.....so what ever you do give her just cut it up.....hot dogs are a big choke food but if you cut them up into 4s then they are small enough for lil ones to eat......... good luck

Philip just turned 1 too. He eats almost anything I eat. I grill a lot of chicken and cut it into strips so he can hold on. He also likes dino-nuggets "great if you're in a hurry" and I pair it with frozen veggies that I cook up real quick. I also make him french toast now that he's a year and can have egg. Goes great with cut up banana and strawberry. Another good one is cold broccoli. He likes it when he's teething.

give her soft adult foods, just make sure it won't be to big. Fruits, yogart, crackers, vegetables, finely cut up meat. (chicken, balone) just trying think, its been awhile.
