Smaller snack and meals more often, crackers, ginger ale. I am pregnant with my third and when I had morning sickness this time around, I found that ginger ale made me more nauseus, so it may not work. I use to keep a mint or some other kind of candy in my mouth from time to time.

They have prescriptions out there for bad morning sickness, but you would have to ask you doctor for that, otherwise eat 6 small meals/snacks a day, don't get to fast, and drink plenty of water.
