DO NOT POP THEM! If they are pimples you can leave a permanent scar. It could be that, or an insect bite. If you are concerned, seek your pediatricians advice on this.

They should be seen by an eye specialist. I am a RN and work in surgery. We do surgery on these kinds of bumps all the time. But they should be taken care of by a physician. The Dr that takes care of that here is a eye muscle specialist.

My daughter has one on her face, too. My pediatrician told me it's a clogged pore, like baby acne, and not to try to pop it. (I don't remember what she said it's called, but your pediatrician should know). I hate seeing it on her face (been there a couple of months) but she said it will go away on it's own.
My son had Molluscum, but they didn't look like actual pimples, just red bumps, and this is something else. That my daughter has, anyway. I really want to pop it, but since it's on her face, I'm afraid of scarring her. I used a wart freeze-off on one of my son's Molluscum once (on his back), and there's a tiny indention there still. Our peditrician's son had it, and it went away after about six months. My son's took about two years. Ask your pediatrician to be sure, but if it's what my kids had, you just have to be really patient, even though it's hard!
