Dr. Bordreaux is great. Also, try coconut oil.

triple paste is the bomb, though if it's a bad rash for over three weeks i would take to the doctor

take your child to the doctor. they can prescribe a cream, like nystatin, or something else that might work. also, let your child be without a diaper for a little while a few times a day so they can get fresh air.

My son had a bad rash and it was a yeast infection. I had to put Lotrimin on his butt & boy parts until it was gone, but then he developed a regular diaper rash after that and they told me to mix 50/50 of Aquaphor and Maalox....keep mixing until it's blended....and that worked wonders within days!!!!

Yogurt for yeast rashes. Shea butter for regular ones. I also use cloth diapers which reduces diaper rashes.

Butt Paste had always been my favorite diaper cream... It works wonders! But make sure to have you're doctor look and make sure its not a yeast infection... That would require meds to treat

I agree that three weeks is too long for a diaper rash, I didn't like Vaseline and preferred regular diaper creams, and leaving the diaper off for a bit after a warm bath
The area is either staying wet or could be a yeast infection - but either way its time for a doctor. The doctor may even ask you how much juice your child is drinking. If the urine is more acidic it will burn terribly.

talk to your doctor. If its still there after three weeks it might be infected and need a medicated cream. make sure u dry the baby off really good after bath to help prevent a yeast infection
