Be aware of your diet, drink lots of water to help break up the fat globules (s?) and proper exercise.

I drink apple cider vinegar. I have already notice my stomach getting flatter.

Use the unfiltered. It kind of tastes like crap but it's worth it.

Cut back on carbs (bread, pasta, cereal, candy, milk [cream in coffee is okay], fruits, etc) and do cardio work outs.
