My profile picture is of a bear and her cub and it represents me and my baby boy as his nickname is Bear, he got this name for many reasons, he will stuff himself full like bear preparing for hybernation and then he will sleep a deep sleep like a bear in hybernation. He also grizzles like a grizley when he is unwell or tired and has leatley started to enjoy eating his fathers face.

I gave Kai'den nickname Tiger off winnie the pooh. Because he is only 6weeks old bouncing and jumping already and giggles all the time. He's eating but you wouldn't know cause he is getting longer instead of getting chubby. He already weights in at 10pounds and 5ounces. He was only 6pounds and 12ounces when he was born.

Jadzia - AKA - Burrito-frog (she was wrapped up like a burrito, and when I unwrapped her she drew her legs up like a little frog), Jazzy, Jad-Jad and Miss Muck,
Kaylee - AKA - Bubbles (because Jadzia decided that my pregnant belly looked like a bubble), Turtle (as a newborn she pulled faces and stretched her neck like the main character of Master of Disguise) and Miss Mess.

We call our doughter Miss Dimplebottom for obvious reasons. Her little dimples are so cute that we just can't resist. I think when she will start talking properly she will think that her full name is Charlotte Miss Dimplebottom! :)

Sophie's nickname is peanut. I had a 10 week scan done when she was in utero, and she dead set looked like a little peanut! (that nickname wouldn't have been good for a boy though, lucky she's a girl!)

My second is Emerson so we call her "Eme" which explains itself. My infant unfortunately got the name Turtle from his oldest sister...she says he holds his head out like the turtle on Nemo...so that is what they call him!

My youngest son Alijah is often referred to as "Lijah Baby". Name he got from birth from his big brother and has stuck. And for my first son Aren, oddly, I call him "Lover". He is such a loving, hugging little boy. But I am now afraid that soon when his brother starts talking, he may be referred to as Lover forever! =)

I have a 5month old baby girl called Sybella. We usually call her Bubble or Crankypants...Bubble because she was just a little bubble in my belly and she farts a lot and because she recently developed a love of spit bubbles...the name just seems to become more and more appropriate...Crankypants is pretty self explanitory shes going thru one of those phases...

I call my 4 year old doody lula for some unknown reason. It just comes out. Don't think he'll be tolerating that one for much longer. And my 17 month old daughter is either angel face or pretty girl. So funny because my son now calls her "pretty". "Do you want some milk, Pretty?". It's so cute!

My mother nicknamed my son NEMO. When he was about 5 or 6 months old I would have to leave him with my mom to go to work and he would cry and cry so my mother would take him over to this water lamp I had that had little clown fish in it swimming about, and sang a little tune... Nemo Nemo Nemo. It calmed him down and he slept well everynight after that. He is 6 now and hates the name NEMO. Go figure LOL

Bug. I named him bug the moment they brought him to me in the hospital after he was all cleaned up because with the hat, the swaddle and his glowing skin with slightly blushed cheeks and content smile with eyes closed reminded me of those glow worm stuffed toys they had when I was kid.

I have an almost four year old daughter who we call Cookie her Grandfather started calling her that because of her love for cookies. Then my son who was born on February 29th is our little leap frog and thats what we call him. I am due with our third child in two weeks and thinking that this ones nickname might be butterfly because all through this pregnancy I have been being attacked by them. One day I had four butterflies land on my belly at once.

We started off calling our son "Punkin Pants" but it morphed over time to just "Pants." It's quite unique and kind of funny. It probably sounds wierd to others, but to us it's very normal! Hopefully we'll come up with a new one as he gets older! :-)

My daughter's name is Aaralyn. She's got a few nicknames, but only one has really stuck. That would be Goober. I started calling her that because she always spits up on me or drools on me. And my dad has called her that since she was born (without even realizing that it was the nickname I gave her). We use to call her seagull, because when she would cry she sounded like a seagull. Sometimes we call her Creep, because that's what she does all around the house:o)
