A typical breakfast for us is either oatmeal and fruit or eggs and toast. Once or twice a month I'll make a huge batch of whole wheat waffles and put them in the freezer. Put them in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes and it makes for a yummy, quick breakfast. Smoothies are also popular here. I toss whatever fruits and veggies and yogurt I have into the food processor. I freeze the leftovers in those Popsicle molds for snacks. My husband will make sausage or biscuits or grits when he's in the mood.
