What works best on diaper rash? I've tried destin but its not working as well as I would like???

My son has looser stools soft and mushy. But tends to have a diaper rash all the time. If he falls asleep and poops by the time he wakes up his but his red. Please help!

hi katie

i would suggest washing him every change with luke warm water and soap dryng really weel and try to check on him at night if he pooped i recommend changing his diaper its not easy but it works i always change my baby's diaper if he poopes bec thats what gives the rash....good luck hope i helped you
