my baby used to sleep through the night but know doesn't.. wanna know what books out there that other mums have read and tryed and can recommend for me to buy..

I've read the "no cry sleep solution" by Elizabeth Pantley, and "Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy child, by Marc Weissbluth. Very good.

love love love "Save Our Sleep" Tizzie Hall, (although she is a bit strict we didn't follow her routines exactly eg; she says no dummies my son still has his) but just a great book it is like a bible to me.

all kids r different. no book can cure ur babies sleep pattern. if it was only that easy!

On Becoming Baby Wise; Giving Your Infant the Gift of Nighttime Sleep is an excellent book! I followed the simple schedule and by 6 wks of age my son was sleeping all night every night. I have never once felt sleep deprived :)

we read good night moon and i will love you forever. my mother used to read both of them to me, the second one makes me cry so my hubby usually reads it to my son. they are both great books.

I LOVE anything by Dr. Sears! Great baby books and he definitely has some sleep themed books. Good luck!
