Believe it or not my son loved raisins when he was learning to chew. He also loved all the soft fruits, peaches, pears, bananas. Cut into small bites of course.

Bananas are the best finger foods but most foods can be "gummed". Just be careful with sausages and cheese as they can can break off and choke babies. Grated cheese is good. Any vegies can be lightly cooked so they are soft and the babies can munch them. Baby rusks are good too. Enjoy!

Don't worry about no teeth too much, they can gummy the food pretty well. My 9 month old has 2 teeth but has been having rusks and biscuits since before they came up. Steamed vegie chips are good. My DD loves zucchini.

nethin u want really!jujst dont introduce to mnay foods at once just incase there is an allergy, i think here in aus the reccomend nomore than 1 new food every 10days just so u call tell wot the food is if they r allergic. and corn chips r really easy for them to choke on for sum reason
lil muffins- bacon and cheese, apple and cinamon, pumpkin, carrot
watermelon iceblocks (can use ne fruit)
omelete (except i think for under 12months ur only spose 2 give eggs whits) add sum cheese, tomato, capsicum etc
fishcakes(fish patties)
piklets
nutrigrain (can soak in a bit of milk to make them soft)
cold sausages
hope that gives u a few ideas

banana's, soft fruit and veg (partially cooked) be careful with raw oranges and citrus and they have so much fibre in them it can cause choking so make sure they are cut up small. Grapes are also good but cut them all in half which also prevents choking.

when I had my first child I found this brilliant book titled The Complete Baby and Toddler Meal Planner by Annabel Karmel. It sets out meal planners starting from four months all the way through toddlers which were really helpful. I still refer to it now and Hayden is 11 years old. But what also got my children eating was variety of julianne strips of soft fruits vegetables and toast with spreads and pasta.

They sell plastic bottle like things. I think they are called finger foods. They sell them in the baby isle. There are fruit and veggie flavors. Melt in their mouth and helps them get used to the idea of having something in there. And cherrios. Those always worked for me. GOOD LUCK!!
