My son got his bottom two teeth at 8 months.... do the top ones come directly after or does it take some time?
--- I'm not worried or rushing, just curious. :) My son just started being really fussy agian and chewing alot agian so I was just curious is they come in back to back with the bottom teeth.

My son had his first bottom tooth cut through when he was 6 months and the next one the next day. than about two months later he got his top two the same way one right after another now he is 10 months and is already cutting his seventh tooth!

They shouldn't be too long. My 2nd daughter didn't get her 1st tooth until she was 18 months then they all came through at once lol

hi Ashley, I'm a dental assistant, and like beaue and lee have said they will come through when they are ready. don't stress too much as all kids are different.
My first daughter, got her 4 front teeth at around 8 months old at the same time, where my youngest got hers about 6 months old. usually they should be through by their first birthday but if not, it may take a little longer. don't worry.

Hi Ashley,
Don't worry to much,my middle child rewrote the book on mile stones.LOL.
They will come when they are ready.Keira(number 2 child for me) got her molars first, top and then bottom and then she got her bottom and tops.She was 1 when all this started,she tends to get which everone wants to come first,whenever it wants.
I was constantly being asked by family and friends why she hadnt had them yet and i knew they'd come when they wanted to.There's no rushing these things.

now that the bottom two are thru, they will cut into the gums to help the top two, it wont belong, and every baby's different, sons one in 2 weeks and hes got 8 teeth, his first cut thru 6 months ago, dont stress they will come down
