When is the right time to have more kids?

I have a 3year old son and my sister's two boys who are 16 and 14. But I would like to have more, just don't know if the timeing is right. How long should i wait to have more?

I think that this is different for every mother. Everyone has some advice, support or 'answer'. but it truly is up to you. I ask myself this all the time, my little guy is almost 2. I also run a day home and have children of all ages in my care...so occasionally I wonder if I even want more..lol no but seriously, there are pros and cons to having your children close or far apart. also there is the financial situation for many... Some examples are pros: they grow up together and have a close bond, they are close enough in age that it wont be long before they are both in school, both out of diapers and both fairly independent aroud the same time... I know that there are many more, these are jsut a few..some consn... it is hard, young children are going to wonder why the 'baby' is getting all the attention..some even resort back to babyish ways..some not all. When they have a larger gap between them you are able to have the older one 'help' which can be beneficial for a mom who is at home and needs the help. There really is no right or wrong answer.. children will come when the time is ready for you...

my daughters where 9, 14 and 15 when i had my boy who is now nearly 3 im 39 now and it is a lot easier for me especially when you know you have other children to help out and your 3 year old will soon be in school  why waste time if you would like another child go for it! and good luck
