I have 4 kids and I can't believe I never thought of this or notice this before. I was in the store the other day and I was looking a milk. There was vitamin D milk and whole Milk. I have always bought the vitamin D milk the jug with red cap thinking it was the same thing as whole milk. The only reason I questioned this because I so happened to notice a jug that said whole milk but not vitamin D. I got looking at the vitamin d milk and I couldn't find if it was whole milk, 2%, or what. When I seen the whole milk it was back in the corner and there was only a few. So I assume by that not to many people in this area buy the label that says whole milk. My question what the difference in vitamin d milk v's whole milk. Which one is better to give my baby when it's time if there is a difference?

What I have read is that vitamin D it is a natural antibiotic, that won't harm to take, besides vit D helps bones to capture calcium in a best way.
