Every pregnancy is different, as others stated. I had HG with my 2nd and 3rd pregnancies and was told that I may have avoided it with my first because it was a hormone exposure issue; first exposure to something is not a problem, future exposures can be an allergic reaction. It would be an autoimmune disorder at that point, as it's part of your own body you're fighting.
There are a few things that can help. High carb foods. Keeping hydrated helps, although it is quite hard. One study shows people that drool a lot asleep have more morning sickness. Even if you can't swallow fluid, put a spoonful in your mouth and swish every few minutes as it will be absorbed by your mouth tissue when you're dehydrated. Hopefully it eases soon.

most pregnancies are different. I spent 5 months getting sick on first ine yet on second all i had was back pain. Try eating ginger biscuits as the ginger helps with sickness if not eat little and often. Good luck xx

Did you have a boy first time around? An old wives tale says that if you're very sick during pregnancy you're most likely having a girl. Congratulations on your pregnancy!
