I think it's awsome!! Our children need all the prayer and guidence they can get. This is a cruel world we live in, and it just gets worse with every passing day. We have kids having kids, and grandparents having to raise them. I've seen children who haven't had anything ever gave to them, even so much as a hug. Or they have to face the horrors of having divorced parents and being drug into the middle of things, or not even knowing thier mother or father. I think being a kid is hard enough and we should pray each and every day for them that God will keep them safe and guide them in the direction he wants them to go.

I would like to ask that everyone pray for my children, I have 3 boy's and one of which has asthma, it's not really bad but it's enough to scare me when it flares up. I also have 2 step children, my step daughter she's on fire for the lord she also startes high school this year and is very nervous about it. And last but not least my Nephew Michael, he's a pittiful sight he just wants someone to love him and give him attention. His mother didn't take care of him at all, and finally gave him to my brother and he's still learning what it takes to be a parent(the putting yourself last still gets him) But his mother kidnapped him this weekend, and it terrified him. She's now homeless, jobless, and we're really not sure if she does drugs, we're all scared she'll try this again and we won't find him this time so they need all the prayer they can get. Please pray for him that he'll be safe no matter what.

I also think this is a wonderful idea Veronica! There is a lot of power through prayer!!!! My children and I will pray as a family, for the children on this post tonight before we go to sleep. If everyone could also please pray for my one year old daughter morgan who is overcoming a heart condition know as atrial tachycardia, we find out this week if her heart is stable without daily medication!

Veronica, that's not a problem. We're a multifaith family. I'm Wiccan, my husband's a Taoist, and my inlaws are Christian. We have interesting family get-togethers. :D I find strength in my deities just as you find strength in Jesus. Blessed Be.

Hi, Tamara I don't mind a multifaith group. There are many kinds of faith,and many ways that people express their faith. I just want to say that I only express mind through the love I have for Jesus Christ. I know that the only way I can do anything is with God's help. I'm sure you feel the same way. I just wanted to mention that.

Count me in Veronica!! Please pray for my son. He starts high school next Monday. He has Asperger's Syndrome which is a high-functioning form of Autism. It affects social behavior and he's afraid he won't fit in.

I honestly love this idea. I am a single new mom. And I believe that there could never be enough prayer. And I believe our children could always use the power of prayer. Great idea!! Count me in! :) God Bless to yours!!

I would like to pray for my little girl who is worried a bout the war overseas. We just heard 22 canadian soldiers died today and it worries her. She doesn't understand war but is worried about all the people dying over there. Send a pray for the soldiers too.

I think this is a lovely idea. Even tho I am now a Grandmother, I truly believe ALL children need the power of prayer. Especially in today's society. I thank you for thinking of this truly wonderful idea. God Bless.
