As much as I'd like to continue as Administrator of the group, I need to back out and let someone else take the reigns. I've been getting more hours at work, and between that and family time I have little time to come on here as much. Please understand, and let me know if someone else can do it. Thank you.

You basically have to greet new members as they become members, check into the group discussions, answer questions and give advice if you can, and wish members and their families a happy birthday, and just be there for the group. If you're a SAHM it's somewhat easier to do it in any spare time if and when you have it. My job's become almost a full-time operatino in itself and doesn't allow too much "at home" time these days.
