Hi is there anyone else out there that are also at breaking point with 2 yr old tantrums . my daughter is shocking and can go on for hours slamming face into ground throwing things and hi pitched screaming..my son at that age use to olny stand and scream but she is 100% worse. any ideas would be great.

I have a similar issue with our 3yo, she stomps her foot and screams at me. What I have found useful is to put her in her room, shut the door and tell her she can only come out when she is finished her spat and ready to do what I ask. Works ok for me as she hates being alone in her room as there are no toys or "fun" things in there. If we are out, I tend to ignore her and walk a safe distance away, she realises that she isn't getting the attention that she wants and generally stops after a little while.
