What do you think of the job? Has your husband ever been laid off? Do you think this field is unstable? How long have you been a wind turbine wife/mom?
The reason I ask all this is from my personal experience. My husband has worked as a wind tech since Jan '08 and has been laid off in late '09, then re-employed in '10. I find that not only the one company he worked for was unstable, but the field seems to flux workers. Ever had your hubby say that they are working with a foolish person that really doesn't know what they are doing or doesn't like climbing? That is so common in my house. I have no idea why people would accept a job they don't like. My husband was hired and seems to like the new company. But, last night he was late coming to bed becasue he was checking out job openings. I was shocked back to reality that this job may not last or he may not like woking for this company. I just wanted to know what you thought.
