What do you do for HIS lunch?

I make my hubby a lunch every night! 2 sandwiches, lots of little snacks, chips, a fruit and veggies with dip. I also set the coffee pot up and program it to make right before he gets up for work. We buy throw away coffee cups cause he always forgets the good ones at work. I put it all where he can grab n go. Cause the man gets up at 4:30AM!

What do you do? Anything interesting to mix it up as an idea? Any ways to make it easier (like throw away cups)...
