Since I work all day and we opted out of daycare, my husband stays home with our baby (working part time from home). Simply my benefits are better; so it works. He loves playing with him and teaching him new things. OUr baby was a preemie and so he goes to pt once a week now and dad is able to take him. Are there any other women whose baby stays home with daddy while you work?

we have been talking about my husband staying home with our 2 daughters during the day since I make more and have a full time job while his is part time. I think it is a good idea but he tends so get frustrated when they are both crabby and crying all the time.

Not me personally, but my sister is a teacher and before her two LO's were school age her husband a SAHD! It was kind of funny sometimes because he ex-military, so everything was bootcamp style, but with the tenderness only a daddy can show. I think SAHD are great, I'm a SAHM and I get enough flack for it, I think dad's have it worse but I admire them SO much! Good for you and your husband for deciding to have him stay home!
