Hi Jennifer!

Yes I understand with everything else how hard it is looking for legit work at home. I have been a stay at home mom for about 7 yrs and I too started out looking for a work at home job. I found several differnt site some that wanted you to pay for their job boards, And some I did just that. Only to find out I would be making 7 to 8 dollars an hour (on top of trying to keep a 3 yr old and 4yr old quite for 3 to 4 hours) Of course these companies don't want the people calling to know that you are infact at home.

So I then started to take a different approach, I started looking into work at home business. I too not a sell person at all. Found tons of information and business out there. What I did in decideing was to make a list of thing I would do and a list of things that I would never do. That's when I found this great company. It has truly been a God sent. Now if you are serious about working from home I would get my list statred. Looking for a Home Business:

Try looking into Melaleuca...it is a home based business, where you don't sell anything. What you do is show people how to buy NON CHEMICAL home cleaning, bathing, eating, products, which makes all of our lives better...the chemicals out there are extremely dangerous for ex. 1 load of diswashing with an electric dishwasher the chemicals being released in the steam is WORSE than second hand smoke....We just ask people to change their shopping habits and instead of purchasing cleaning supplies etc. items which include chemicals to buy them online instead of in the grocery store, when you do your grocery shopping, we carry no inventory, no money to collect, no delivery of items.....

Well, unless you have already taken the courses necessary for medical transcription, you may have to go to school before you're able to work in it. If you're ready to jump into something now, I'd be more than happy to share an opportunity that I got involved with. Unlike some other home-based businesses, you don't have to stock up on products to sell, and it's completely RECESSION-PROOF, meaning people won't have to set aside any extra money out of their already-tight budgets to buy from you, and you don't have to go back and bug them every month to buy from you again and again. I work for a wellness company that is definetly not a scam. We basically enroll members that want to make thier lifes and home more healthy. The company is like Sams or Costco. I have been a stay at home mom for about 2 years and have recently decided (by alot of encouragement from my husband), to start my own business to bring in extra income to the family. I have a friend that works from home and does medical transcription for a local doctors' practice. I think she took a couple of courses to learn the skill and has also worked in the medical field, so she was able to establish contacts that way. If you already have experience in this area, then you might try calling a few physician offices or other businesses that require data entry or transcription just to see what the demand in your area is.

There are a lot of viable work at home options available that are not scams, you just have to seek out the things that interest you and align with your skills. I am a former school teacher and stay at home mom, so I started my own home-based business through Noah's Ark Animal Workshop.
