Most of the jobs that are advertised are scams. I know of two legit jobs. One has a five year waiting list since no one ever leaves. The other one is keyforcash.com.
I'm going to go ahead and post my link in the link section if I can find it.

Did you get an answer to this question? I'm also enterested in a data entry job at home.

This isn't data entry, it's taking calls, but I thought maybe you'd be interested:
I work for West Corporation, a call center based out of Omaha, Nebraska. They have 14 locations there. I am an at-home supervisor for the Qwest linegroup and answer calls from work at home agents. It's a good job and pays real money. I've also worked on the GE linegroup. You pick your own hours also, which is really nice!
Good luck finding a work at home job! If you're interested, go to westathome.com to apply. There is no cost. It's very legitimate. It's a "plain old job", but you do it at home.
