Locking Old Threads

As they roll to the front of the pages ( I assume due to the new "related conversations" feature on CoM) old threads will be locked to make room for new questions.
I believe it is important to focus on questions from active members rather than questions posed over a year ago.

I just wanted to take a moment to explain why so many locks may be appearing on the forum.
