My husband felt the same way!! I contacted the district manager in my area for Avon. I LOVE selling Avon. The best part is with the e-boutique is you can sell to anyone in the US and the items ship directly to their house. I have never heard of a company without a "startup" fee. I paid $10 to process my application and that was it. I've been doin this for 2 months and have already made $800!!

I relly don't know of any company that exists like that. I do know of a company that offers something similar. I am actually a Passion Party Consultant. You can host a FREE Passion Party and earn credits towards getting a kit. Let's say you host a party and it pulls in $350, you get 25% off of your order. You can order the starter kit and take 25% off the price and be on the road to making extra money. I did a party one evening and it sold $950 and I took home $300 in cash. Hi Kellei,

I know that the work from home search can be exhausting and there is so many scams out there. I have a group that will help clear up what you may be looking for: "Please Help Me Find Work At Home!!!!!"

There are scams out there that will require a start up cost for a kit, and there are real work at home businesses out there that do the same. In my group it will help you tell the difference, and you can post anything you find and ask if we think it's a scam. The reason why a real work at home business has an upfront cost is that you are starting a business. Any new business will have you put money down. If you go start a McDonalds, you need $1 Million to start one. But with a home business so many of those fees are eliminated because you do it out of your home, and the government gives BIG tax breaks for those of us that start a home business because they know that small businesses help the economy.

Anyway, even if you do not have the money for the start up, believe me you can find it or if you don't have it you can put it on a credit card (I know that sounds bad lol) and recoop it that month by working really hard.

Like you said...the work at home jobs out there that don't require money down surely pay, but they are not worth the time IMO. Like ChaCha and KGB...they are good companies, but when you break it down hourly you are making like $4-$5 an hour...not really worth it when you can use that time towards a business and make a $50 paycheck in that same hour. Sure it's not guaranteed but working hard doing something you love you will get there.

Anyway the group above will really help you determine your goals for the future and what you can do now to start to achieve them. I hope it helps you!
