If the company you are researching can not answer "yes" to the below questions, chances are, it is a scam or not a very profitable business opportunity to venture into.

1. Does your business opportunity have a 180 day guarantee - 100% money back - even if opened and used?

2. Is this business opportunity in over 80 countries and territories?

3. Is there "no limit" on the compensation plan and "no limit" on the amount of people you can help to build their own businesses?

4. Is your business opportunity recession proof? And will you get paid, and will it be inflation proof flexible, as well?

5. Do you have over 10,000 products and services to offer - in this economy...something that people need - not a LUXURY?

6. Is there a training system where mentors invest in YOU to help You succeed in your dreams?

7. Has the business opportunity lasted for over 50 years? (Most Multi-level Marketing or Network Marketing Businesses can not make it over 5 years because they do not have a duplicatable system nor structure to last through the years. (So you will see a burst of activity in the start up of a Network Marketing Company - only to fold within the first 5 years due to a lack of a sound business system/structure.)

Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have about ANY opportunity. I have researched many Multi-Level Marketing Companies / Home Businesses and am trying to help others learn so that they can make the right decisions for them and their families.

God Bless

Hey Dawn, Thanks for that lengthly explanation however I still disagree with some of the thing you have said but everyone is entitled to their opinion right! . The company I am with does give 100% satisfaction guarantee on everything no matter if it is opened. To your success, Denise

Denise,
Thank you for your post!
Most Multi-Level Marketing Businesses and retail stores don't have 100% money back (they charge restocking fees, exchanges only, or don't even give 100% money back - and definitely don't have a return policy if the product is opened! Next time, try to take something back to a store and ask for 100% of your money back just because you "don't like" the product. If you are in the US…try to take a CD back after you tried to listen to it and either found out that you bought the wrong one – or you “didn’t like” the majority of the songs. In my country, they will not give you your money, or even exchange it if the packaging is opened. And these days, retail stores don't allow for returns without receipts for 100% of your money back...AND won't take products back if opened. A good Multi-Level Business will stand behind their products 100% - regardless of being opened or not...because they know their products and services are superior and they stand behind them - without exception! Why only 180 days you ask? For the simple reason is that some items are perishable and will spoil...like food for example. That is why there is a time limit.
As for the amount of countries and the territory, one can not be successful if one is limited or confined to a specific area such as ONLY the US or ONLY Canada. The bigger the territory, the more successful your business will be! There is a lot of growth these days for businesses internationally. Would you want to grow your business in only a 50 mile/km radius or have no boundary restrictions on your opportunity growth? (The more countries over 80 the better…the largest Multi-Level Marketing Business has over 82.)
In order to be in a successful business today, the more products and services you can offer, the better you will be to helping other people - especially in this economy. You have something for EVERYONE...that EVERYONE NEEDS. Do not get into a business that is limited to a few products and services because then your customer base is narrowed down and you have a small target of consumers which equates to smaller profit and less growth for you as the business owner. For example, in today’s economy, if given a choice for consumers to spend their limited funds - do you think they will buy jewelry and $100.00 bottled juices instead of toilet paper, shampoo, deodorant, clothes, food, diapers, formula, etc.? When people are loosing their jobs and having their house taken away, people are not spending money on luxuries....only necessities! (I am not knocking down jewelry and juice MLM's...I am just saying in times today, they become a luxury and 2nd priority to putting food on the table and clothing our growing children.) Ask yourself this question...if you only have what is either $100.00 USD or a any countries equivalent - in your pocket to buy necessities, would you spend it on jewelry or food (diapers, formula) and clothing for you and your children?) In today's economy, would you like to stand behind 1 or few products/services that are luxuries - with a limited consumer base or would you want to stand behind a HUGE amount of products/services that EVERY consumer needs to survive - regardless of their income?
How many companies / business and Multi-Level Marketing Businesses do you know that have made it even passed 10 years? (Look around at your neighborhood...I do everyday and have not seen many past 11 or 15 years. I see many empty local businesses and franchises that went under.) Now, how many companies / businesses and Multi-Level Marketing Businesses have made it past 50 years? (Not many! I can name only 4.) Not very many can weather the storm in recessions like this.
I totally agree...debt free company is VERY important!!!
If anyone hears of an opportunity where you CAN NOT mentor your downline - this is not in YOURS or YOUR DOWNLINES best interest! Run away as fast as you can!!! It means that the business is not in it for your success and helping others to succeed - which will in turn help them as well in the end...BUT IS ONLY IN IT FOR THEMSELF! Hence, is the worst business plan out there...and is NOT called "FREE ENTERPRISE" where there is unlimited opportunity based on what you put into your business. When a business wants control of your downline, this type of business structure mimics "Corporate America" or a "JOB". It means - you can not make more than your boss and your boss can not make more than his boss, etc.
Denise, I am sure I answered all of your questions and concerns and I wish you the best of luck when researching the right home based business for you and your family!
God Bless!

Hey Dawn, I agree with some of the things you mention but not completely. First I would just say 100% money back guarantee always (why only 180 days?)
second I can't see why it would have to be in over 80 countires??? Thats kinda weird.
I agree with 3 and 4 but over 10,000 products and services??? I would not say that is as important as that part about having products that people actually need even during a recession.
I agree with 6 but 7 I would just say that as long as the company is over 5 years not necesarily 50 years. I would stick with something that is at least 10 years old to be on the safe side( with a good tract record in those 10 years)
I would also like to add a debt free company
A company that is not run my MLMers who own the down lines. This can make for bad decision making.

I don't have any question, but I am curious as to why you wouldn't suggest it.
