It's a bit hard to keep your milk supply up when you pump only. I know moms that have done it but they used lactation herbs as well to keep their milk production high. If you do make sure to use a hospital grade dual electric pump and pump every 2 to 3 hours. Every 4 hours overnight. Don't skip any pumpings. You might want to use the tea from http://www.favorsandflavors.net I know a lot of moms that swear by it.

I had a co-worker who did with her twins. She said it was just easier to pop bottles in their mouths at the same time. Also, my cousin did when her youngest didn't have a good latch.
