Or what can i take for it?

I am soo run down, due to going through quite a stressful time in the last 2 months, that I am really having a hard time managing.

I was told Panadol, and lemsip. Is there anything better I can take?

When I was pregnant I was advised pseudophed and sparingly otherwise not much you can take. If you wish it is safe and all natural Eucalyptus oil and Peppermint oil in your shower 5 drops of each will open your airway right up.

try Bach flower Rescue remedy, or hot tea with lemon juice and honey.

If I remember correctly, you can take Robitussin. It's been a long time since I've had to worry about that! LOL Check with the Doc first
