Get your thyroid checked! I was the same way...always tired, lethargic, couldn't lose weight no matter how hard I tried...and then one day my doctor was like let's check your thyroid. I have hypothyroidism which is an under active thyroid...and the hormones your thyroid produces is important to regulate your metabolism and all sorts of other things. It's for your health and for your family! Good luck and hope you feel better!

Our whole family takes Juice Plus. It's 25 fruits, vegetables and berries in a capsule, only water and sugar removed. It has research studies proving it works. N other product on the market has done the kind of search that has been done on Juice Plus, so I feel safe giving it to my family.

I have been taking GREENS from IT WORKS Global, GREENS, one serving is equivalent to 8 servings of fruits and vegetables. Its Vital is another one to provide all the multivitamins a body needs but all natural. Go to you Dr. and they can check iron, thyroid, etc.
I have found the B-complex vitamins work. I didn't expect it to but figured I'd give it a try for a few bucks and was really suprised. There is even a B-complex stress formula with extra C and zinc (good for immunity when the kids are bringing home sniffles from school and daycare). Beware of the "energy" formulas though they tend to contain caffeine which you may or may not want. And you may not want to take them on an empty stomach.
