Can I wean to just one feed a day and still keep enough milk? My son is 14 months and I want to stop the morning feed...anybody with similar experience?

Good for you for EBF!!!! I would start him on a sippy cup of breast milk and then slowly add milk to it. I had to cut out BF permanently because of medication reasons and my daughter adjusted fine. Yours is older so he/she may not take so well to it. But I would try my suggestion.
