My husband has been out of work for awhile because of some medical problems, he's always been the primary care giver during the day because he typically works nights but he's not very good at keeping up the house. I'm wondering if any other working moms have stay at home husbands and do they keep up with everything the way you would or are you still doing the majority of the work when you're home? Any other moms have some tips to help him keep it together?

My boyfriend has been the primary caregiver for my kids because i am usually the one working 40 plus hours a week and now i work nights so i sleep during the day until he has to leave for work. he only works part time so he also does most of the cleaning i just ask him to clean something if i notice it has not been done. I have some medical problems and a very physical job. I work in a group home taking care of physically and mentally disabled people and it can put a big strain on my back and joints which causes alot of pain so he does most of the house work. he does not usually cook but can make the kids their breakfast and usually lunch too, I cook dinner. so i guess you could say the roles in my house are reverse from what people thing a mans role is and a womans role in. The truth is i have more job experience and can make more money and am also able to get over time at my job. he works part time and they do not allow any overtime.
