I workout at night after the kids have gone to bed (by 8pm). It's hard convincing myself b/c I'm so tired after work and putting kids to bed, but once I'm into a workout video, I'm pumped up and so glad I did~

Just from pre-kids, I know I prefer to workout in the evenings / dinner time but that just doesn't happen, so as much as I love my sleep, I get up an hour earlier than I would to work out. (On weekends it's during their nap time however)

I'm supposed to be working out at least twice a week in the mornings but it has not been happening. I also go once a week to a zumba class afterwork. I know I won't miss that cause I paid for it. lol.

I have found that adding a nutrient shake to my workout really helps. Plus my kids think they are getting chocolate milkshakes when I share. N its super healthy for them. Check it out! www.myshakeology.com/bbcoachkris

I workout in the evenings during the winter and in the mornings when it is summer. Working out keeps me sane with being a full-time working mother.

I workout at home, usually in the mornings. I find it's a good start to the day. I do the free workouts from bodyrock.tv. They are easy to fit into a busy day and are super hard if you push yourself.

I haven't figured this out. I get in good routines after work and then meetings and household responsibilities overwhelm me

I use my daughter's nap time as my workout time. I use BeachBody P90X routines and love them. They are all about an hour long so I can get a great and intense workout done before she wakes up. I actually became a coach for beachbody I love the workouts so much.

I promise you will see results

Right now I'm pregnant so getting up early isn't an option for me as I need my sleep, but I would wake up about an hour early to work out.
I also go for walks and other activities with my family when I get home from work in the summer. If the weather's bad and my son isn't ready to go to bed at 8 I'll do a DVD while my husband watches my son. Sometimes if I can get my son to join in it's fun!

I workout or run two days a weeks after my daughter goes to sleep. My husband stays with her while I go do some sort of exercise for about 45 minutes then he goes and does the same thing.

i workout in the morning. It gives me energy for the day and relieves any stress i might have. bike riding is an awsome exercise and you can get fresh air

I find early morning workouts are a great way to get the heart pumping and you definitely get a boost of energy to keep you going. I usually couple that w/the days/times the childminding service is available and hit the gym after work. Are there any women's only clubs in your area that might offer childminding? If a membership is not in your budget .. work out w/baby at home or at the playground. They'll have fun and so will you ! :O)

I get up at 4am and workout then. I have a treadmill, elliptical and weight bench at home, so it saves commute time to a gym.

I workout with my 4 girls just by turning on fast music and inventing aerobic dances for them. The girls love it (me too). I have weights and use them too (or just toss the girls around lol!) so usually I just take one or two songs every now and then. Sometimes I get as much as 1 hour of workout, sometimes as few as 3 minutes. I also use a workout dvd I love (and my girls do to, it's dance-based) at least three times a week in the early morning (4-5am) before anyone is awake.

I've been a competitive cyclist for 3 years now and absolutely love it! I love the challenge of competition, the friendships I've established and I love feeling good in my body. But since I do work I feel terribly guilty taking time away from my family and have recently decided to give up competition. I still ride for fitness but maybe only 1/3 of what I did before, and I miss it. It's hard to fit it all in! We weren't meant to raise kids in isolation! Cooking, cleaning, organizing, school, etc aren't conducive to staying physically fit...something had to give for me.
I'm hoping to have more time when work evens out next race season.

I workout as many days a week I can, usually in the afternooon after work. Usually do an exercise video or exercise bike. I never workout in the AM since I get to work early so I can leave early.
