I am looking for ideas for feeding my 12 month old son, who is currently wanting to feed himself. What can I try that is healthy and easy to prepare/store for my mother and mother in law to feed him while I'm at work?

my daughter is 11 months old and i give her a spoon or fork whenever i feed her so she can help to. It gets very messy but she loves to do it and it makes feeding time easier. And then thru out the day i have snacks on hand that she can feed herself she enjoys showing me what a big girl she is already..
