My daughter Tayla is nearly 4 and a half months old and she is starting to eat pureed fruit and veges. She hates the rice cereal stuff, so i just wanted to see if what I"m giving her is enough or to much.

She has a bottle of formula in the morning when she gets up at like 7:00, then some pureed fruit for morning tea at like 10:00, has her bottle for lunch and afternoon tea at like 4:30. Then she has some mushy veges at like 6:30 for dinner and another bottle before she goes to bed at 8ish.

I would be great full if you could give me some feed back or suggestion of what i should change or anything.

I would also suggest the oatmeal cereal. My daughter also started eating fruits and veggies at that age and we did pretty much the same thing. I usually gave her half a jar of fruit and cereal for her breakfast followed by a 6 oz bottle. Then bottles the rest of the day until 6pm for dinner and she would get half a veggie and cereal and a bottle. At around 6 months is when I added her lunch as half a fruit and half a veggie. You'll know when to increase quantity because your little girl will let you know.

That sounds about what I had Aeryn eating for the day at that age. Have you tried the oatmeal cereal? A lot of infants prefer it over the rice, plus the rice can act as a poo binder and result in constipation in some. I mix pureed fruit with the oatmeal cereal though and she likes it much better that way.
