I am going back to work full-time because we really need the money but I am heartbroken over it because I love being with my kids all day. I am afraid that they won't know who I and/or bond with someone else. I am very scared and starting having panic attacks just thinking about it! Any advice or tips? Thanks!

Hang in there! I just went back to my first full-time gig after 4 years (and after many years of working from home). I'm not going to say that things are smooth sailing, but I believe it's a good thing to have your kids see you in the workforce. We decided to have a babysitter get our kids after school so we're not reliant on the afterschool program to check and confirm that homework is done (and done well), and that's made the transition go much more smoothly.
I find my goodnights and goodmornings last longer, but the kids are excited to take on more chores to help the family, which is a *good thing*.

Just remember that the time away will make them more excited to see you. The time you get to spend together when you are not working can be made very special for you and you kids. I work and i have five kids and I love those special days where we can go and spend the day having fun. hope all goes well and what i said gives you some peace of mind
